Uplifting film about what a person can do to change their lives. Follows the "sport formula" of beaten down kids and how football changes everything, gives them respect for themselves and others, etc. Ensemble acting was very believable.2007 Tally, DVD: 13
Netflix has this new "Watch Now" program. Let's just say that I have no idea how they decide what movies to upload into the system and also I have NO idea why I chose this movie over let's say, Coolhand Luke or Casablanca. What I can tell you is that it was one step up from a tv movie-of-the-week and about 10 steps down from American Pie. But it was pretty fun to see K.Heigl and J.Pressley 7 years ago, they looked like 10th graders.Tally, Online: 2
